Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
Requests must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are final sale.

Timeframes for Initiating a Return

Return requests must be submitted via email to info@sistermoon.life within 14 days of confirmed delivery.
Once approved, you have 7 days to ship the item back.

Conditions of Returned Items

Items must be sealed and unused.
Products that are damaged due to misuse or negligence will not be accepted.
Items returned without prior approval will not be refunded.

Refund Methods and Processing Times

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days after receipt of the return for processing.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Restocking or Return Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
No restocking fees currently apply.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, the following are final sale:

- Custom or made-to-order products

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at info@sistermoon.life with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will respond with approval and return instructions if eligible.
3. Securely package and ship the item within 7 days of approval to:
